I've known Yvonne since she helped us purchase our first home in 2015, so this is long overdue! I apologize for the lengthy review, but I think choosing a realtor is the most important part of buying a home so I want to make sure you get all the information you need about Yvonne and how she does business. She never pushed me towards making a decision I felt uncomfortable with and she always looked out for my family's best interest. Another thing that sets Yvonne apart from other realtors is her negotiation skills! She was able to get us our dream home without breaking our budget and even have money to remodel our new home! Finally, Yvonne makes sure that the whole process is easy for her clients by working with a lender that is also as hardworking and dedicated as she is. They were both responsive when I had questions and made sure to answer any questions I had...and I had a ton! Yvonne is honest, dedicated and I'm so lucky to have been able to have her as my family's realtor. Because of her, we were able to sell our starter home and find a home that we love!
